Shipping Policy

1. How much is the shipping rate? 

Free Delivery on orders over RM120 for West Malaysia, RM 300 for East Malaysia and S$100 for Singapore. (It will be automatically given at check out, no code is required)

For orders less than minimum order, rate on the 1st 2kg is RM8 for West Malaysia,1st 1kg is RM25 for East Malaysia, and 1st 1kg is RM 25 for Singapore 


2. International Shipment 

We only ship within Malaysia & to Singapore, Taiwan and Brunei.

3. Order Processing Time

At Baron & Co, we are committed to have your order packed, processed and dispatched to courier services on Mondays to Fridays of the week; unless it falls on public holidays where the courier services do not operate, it will be fulfilled on the next working day.

Cut-off time for order processing:

  • Orders made before 12pm Mon -Fri will be processed on the same working day
  • Orders made after 12pm Mon-Fri or on Public Holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • Orders made on Saturday & Sunday will be processed on the following Monday excluding Public Holidays. 

Once order is processed, means we have booked for courier pick up which is next- business day pick up and tracking number is generated. If you require urgent delivery, kindly DM us and we will try our best to arrange for same day drop off for quicker delivery. 

To ensure the safe delivery of all our orders, we use door to door courier service provider Easyparcel which use one of the following courier companies :

-  Flash Courier / J&T Express (Malaysia)

- Teleport / Aramex (Singapore)

All our items are READY STOCKS.

Once dispatched, delivery times are outside our control. Please note that estimated delivery times can vary based on where your shipping address and particularly over peak seasons i.e. Christmas or Chinese New Year.


4. How long does the delivery take? 

Kindly note that with the pandemic, transit times can be stretched and unanticipated delays can be expected. These are beyond our control. We will not allow a cancellation or refund for reasons pertaining to delivery delays.

Typical delivery times after dispatch:

  • West Malaysia: 1 to 5 working days
  • East Malaysia: 5 to 10 working days 
  • Singapore : 4-10 working days 

A shipment confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address with a shipment tracking number once your order has been processed. 

Please allow at least 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated in the tracking system. 


5. How do I track my order?

When your parcel is processed, you will be sent a confirmation email with the tracking number. A tracking link will be sent to you at your registered email address. Just click on the link to track your order. 

Alternatively, you may also track the shipment on the courier’s website. 

If you have placed an order that has yet to be fulfilled and you wish to add another order, please contact us at whatsapp +60 11-3111 9999 so we can add the order manually. 

If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us and we will try our best to get your order out to you as soon as possible.


Refund Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.


In view of the covid pandemic, with deepest apologies, we do not accept any returns of clothing due to change of mind.

We only consider circumstances where the product is proven factory/manufacturer defect.  You have 14 calendar days to return a defect item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, packaging unopened and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

If the original packaging of the item(s) has been ripped, damaged, removed, or repacked and/or the item(s) has been assembled, we will be unable to offer a full refund.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

We will cover the shipping cost of defect items.
